The Commiasioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 222298 approved March 9th. 19��
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Portland Ave. from Victoria �t.
to Avon St, and by doin� all other work which is necessarv and incidenta� to co�lete
said improvement.
and having invest�.gated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft, for atandard sidewalk 5 ft. �
wide and $3..80 per l�n. ft•.� for standard sidewalk 6.ft. wide.
