Belvidere St: from pakdale Ave. to Woodburv Ave. and on the north side of E. Belvidere St. from Harvard �t. to Woodbury Ave, and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to �o3nnlete said imnrovement. and having invest�gated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports: 1.
