the right of way easement deed granting to the City of Saint Paul
the following described tract or parcel of land:
Those parts of Lots 18 and 19, Cottage Homes, lying
south of the right of way of Cottage Avenue and the
arc of a circle havin� a 50 foot radius, the center
of said circle being on the center line of Cottage
Avenue intersecting the westerly line of said Lot
19 pro�ected northerly.
