RESOLVED, That the proper City officers hereby ratify and approve the
signature of Commis sioner Frank L. Los s, i_n. behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
upon a petition to rezone the p�o�:erty �a��669 Ja:�lcson Street, and at 152-156
' Ur�.i.versity Avenue, from Class "C" Residential District to Commercial Dis-
trict, said property being legally described as follows:
"That part of Block 3, Randall�s Addition to Saint Paul, described
as follows: Seginni.ng at a point on East line of said Block 3, Randall's
Addition to Saint Paul, 183 feet North of Southeast corner of said Block 3,
thence West at right angles a distance of 164 feet, thence Northwesterly
at an angle of 90. degrees to Northwesterly line of said Block 3, thence
Northeasterly along South line of University Avenue to i.ntersection of
Southwesterly li.ne of Jackson Street, thence along Southwesterly line
of Jackson Street to place of beginning, EXCEPT, that part of Block 3,
Randall's Addition to St. Paul, bounded by following described lines: ,
Beginning at a poi.nt on the Southwesterly li.ne of Jackson St. 183 feet
Northwesterly from the Northwesterly li.ne of Fourteenth Street measured
on the said Southwesterly line of Jackson Street; thence in Northwesterly
direction on the arc of a circle, tangent to said Southwesterly li.n.e of
• - Jackson Street at the aforesaid poi.nt of beginni.ng, the radius of which is
, 90 feet i.n length and makes an ax�.gle of 90 degrees with the aforesaid
