WIIEREAS, St . Andrerr�s Catholic Church, 1051 Como Avenue, has
requested permission to construct a 1 1/2 inch gas and two 1/2
inch oil lines under and across the easterly and westerly alley
from Zot 1� �o Lot 21, in Block �, ��Warrendale";
WHEREAS, the construction of the sewer before the winter season
3s a matter of extreme ur�ency and necessity to said Church; and
WHEREAS, an ordinanee C.F. 225076 granting permission to said
Church to proceed with the cons�ruction of said gas and oil lines
has been.prepared and introduced to the Cauncil of �he City of Saint
Paul on September 1, 1965, and ha.s been read before said Council;�'
with eventual adoption set to oecur on September 16, 1g65; now,
therefore, be it . �
RESOLVED, that in view of the extreme urgeney of the request,
the Commissioner of Publie Works is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a permit to the St. Andre�s Catholie Church for the construction
of a 1 1/2 inch gas and two 1/2 inch o31 lines under and across the
eas�erly and westerly alley from I�ot 1� �o Lot 21, in Block �,
"Warrendale", sub�ect to the same conditions and requirements as se�
out in the ordinance C.F_. 225076 pending before the Council of the '�•
City of Saint Paul, informal approval of said construction being
hereby given in anticipation of the f�nal adoption of said ordinanee .
