- RESOLUTION OF ANNULLMENT
In the matter of condemning and :fi�aking an easement for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the easterly
5 feet of Lots '5 and 20, Block 7, Denslow's Rearrangement, and across the
westerly 5 feet of� Lots 4 and 21 , Block 7, Denslow's Rearrangement, all from
Reaney Avenue to Bush Avenue. Also condemning and taking an easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 20 feet in width on the west side
of the above easement located on Lots 5 and 20, Block 7, Denslow's Rearrange-
ment and also a strip of land 20 feet in width on the east side of the above
easement located on Lots 4 and 21, Block 7, Denslow's Rearrangement all from �
Reaney Avenue to Bush Avenue, under Int�'r��3a�y_Order 222835 adopted April
7, 1965 and Final Order 224897 adopted August 17, 1965•
Resolved, that all orders in the above matter be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such matter
discontinued. �
