An Ordinance amending Ordinance Ido.
, 12858 amending the Zoning Code,
Chapters 60 to 64, inclusive, of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code, as
amended, pertaining to Use Districts,
Height Districts, and Aezoning of
certain properties in the City of Saint
Paul. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety.
THE COIINCIL OF THE C ITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES O�DAIN:

, � Section 1. That paragraph 2 of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 12858, approved by the Council November 25, 1964�,
• be and the same is herebg amended to read as follows:
"That the owner of said real estate,
_ within the period of 120 days next
succeeding the publication of this
ordinance, shall file w3th the City
Clerk, in two fully executed counter-
- parts, said owner's written acceptance
of this ordin.ance, incorporating,
, ' among other things, said owner's grant
' unto said City of Saint Paul of a nega-
` tive easement affecting said real estate
for the imposition, maintenance and en- ��

and limitations upon the .employ_ment and
use of-the hereinabove described. real
estate, approved as to form and execution
by the Corporation Counsel and recordable
in the office of the Begister of Deeds."
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby `declared to
be an emergency ordinance rendered necessar.y f�or the 'preser-
� vation of the public peace, health, and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force upon its passage, ap�r-oval, and publication.
