, In the matter of constructing the Van Dyke Street Storm
Sewer in an Ea.sement on Hazel Street Produced from Burns Avenue
to about 923 feet north of Burns Avenue, 56 percent of the total
cost to be financed from 31-E-1 and 44 percent of the total cost
to be financed by the Minnesota Highway Department in accordance ,
with a pending cooperative Construction Agreement.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement� as submitted bq the Commissioner of Public
Works, be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to adverti'se for bids on this improvement:
