RESOlUTTON QF ANIdULMENT
In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 9, Midway Heights from Tatum Avenue to Hewitt
Avenue. Also constructing a sewer for storm water purposes from
the alley to Chelton Street in an ease�nent to be obtained on, under
and across a 4.0 ft. strip on the following centerline. Commencing
from the intersection of the North-South and East-�est alley
centertines to a point on the North line of Chelton Street. Said
point being 10.9 ft. Southerly of the �ast Cort�er of Lot 19, Block 9,
Midway Heights, under Council Resolution No. 22$008, approved
August 25, 19b5•
RESOLUED, That all orders in the above matter be and the same
are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings
in such matter discontinued.
