sewer in IDAHO AVENiJE from Luella Street to David Street and in DAVID STREET from
Idaho Avenue to Cali£ornia Avenue and in CALIFORNIA AVENUE from David Street to
about 125 feet west of David Street, all to be known as the IDA.HO-DAVID SEWER SYSTEM

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa,me
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
R,ESOLVED, That the said agaessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had on said assessment on the 29th
day of S?�+'F'mht�r� igti� , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the time a,nd place of
s
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
