COMMISSIONE DA�
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into and execute an
agreement between the City of Saint Paul, a municipal
corporation, and North Star Ad�ustment Company, Inc . , a
Minnesota corporation, said agreement to provide for
investigation of tort action� arising after the lst day
of September, 1.965, and said agreement to provide for
payment of serviees to North Star Ad�ustment Company, Inc .
and for reports, claim indices, and recommended safety pro-
cedures eoncerning the -aforesaid matters, said agreement
to be effective and operative frbm and af'ter the lst day
of September 1965, to and including the 28th day of February,
1966; and be i�
�'URTHER RESOLVED, that all payments for services in
regard to the investigation, ad�ustment, or handling of t�rt
claims, as more particularly set for�h in the agreement ,
heretofore mer�tioned, shall be charged to the tort liability
fund.
