The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 224385
a ppr ove d__ Julq 8th. 19 65 re 1 a t i ve t o reconstructing the sidewalk
on the south side of Fifth St. from Washington to Market St. and by doing all other '
work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein. hereby
reports:
