This i?s in the matter of the appl3.cation of the Immanuel Lutheran
Church to enlarge an existing parking lot to 34 car spaces on
, proper.ty located at the southeast corner of Snelling Avenue and
Lincoln Avenue which is described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 6, •
Summit View Addita.on. The property is zoned "A" residence. .

The Board of Zoni�g considered this matter at its regular meet-
' ing on July 1, 1965. The Staff reported that the proposal met
all of the required standards for this type of facility and had
been reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer. The enlarge-
ment�of this facility would help to alleviate the need for off-
- street parking generated by the church use, and would, as proposed,
be compatible with the area uses. ,

In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the g;ranting of the application to enlarge the existing parking
lot to 34 car spaces on the above described property in accord-
ance with final revi.sed plans dated July 13, 1965. -
