In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the Easterly 10 feet of LotsS and 20,
Block 7, Denslow!s Rearrangement and across the westerly 10 feet of Lots -4 and 21,
Block 7, Penslow!s Rearrangement, all from Reaney Avenue to Bush Avenue:
Also condemning and taking a temporary slope easement for sewer cover and lateral
support by constructing a partial embankment to a maximum elevation of 20700 (City
Datum) on a strip of land 15 feet in width on the west side of the above easement
located on Lots '5 and 20, Block 7, Menslow's Rearrangement and also a strip of land
15 feet in width on the east side of the above easement located on Lots 4 and 21,
Block 7, Denslow's Rearrangement, all from Reaney Avenue to Bush Avenue. Temporary
slope easement to terminate at such time as the entire easement area is filled to a
minimum m,mt elevation of 207000

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
Fifth day of January,, 1966 , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
- sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
