Street (extended) to approximately 150 feet northwest to an existing outlet manhole,
and on HEWITT AVENUE from approximately 1+00 feet east of North Snelling Avenue to an
existing outlet stub approximately 20 feet east of North Snelling Avenue, all of
which is to be Down as COLLEGE PLACE ADD: STORM WATER RELIEF SEWERi CONTRACT "H ".
under Preliminary Order 224666 approved July 30, 1965
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report, of the Commissioner of Finance
upon 'the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to construct a storm water relief sewer on NORTH PASCAL STREET from Hewitt Avenue to
approximately 125 feet north of Taylor Avenue,.in an EASEMENT from approximately 125
_feet north of Taylor Avenue to Pierce Butler Route, in TAYLOR AVENUE from Simpson
•Street to North Pascal Street, in PIERCE BUTLER ROUTE from North Pascal Street ,
(extended) to approximately 150 feet northwest to an existing outlet manhole, and
on HEWITT AVENUE from approximately 400 feet east of North Snelling Avenue to an
existing outlet stub approximately 20 feet east.of North Snelling Avenue, all of
which is to be known as COLLEGE PLACE ADD: STORM WATER RELIEF SEWER0 CONTRACT "B1.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 33.634.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of
January', 2966 ; at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.*
