Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: We would recommend condemnation action in connection with the single family dwelling at 540 Fuller Avenue, Saint Paul 3, Minnesota on Lot 11, Block 9, Mackubin And Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul. This is a vacant one and one half story frame dwelling, 321/2 by 19 by 15. The interior is in very run down condi- tion and the foundation has caved in along one side. It is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be repaired or wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Grace R. Besner, 5117 James Avenue South, Minneapolis, 19, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
