Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in Section 1.07
paragraph 2, St. Paul Legislative Code, on January 11, 1966, .upon
the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling,
or wrecking and removal of the one -story single- family dwelling on
Lot 27, Block 8, Mackubin and Marshall's addition to Saint Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the - Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 453 West Central
Avenue; because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe
to life, limb and adjoining property.

We have received complaints relative to the unprotected'condi-
tion of the building at 453 West Central Avenue, Saint Paul
3, also described as Lot 27, Block 8, Mackubin & Marshall's
Addition.to Saint Paul.
This is a one story frame single family dwelling, approxi-
mately 23 by 49 b� 20. It is open as doors and windows are
broken' front and side steps are poor, plaster is falling,
floor joists and subflooring and basement supporting posts
are rotting. The building is being vandalized and is danger-
ous to,life, limb, and adjoining property and should be repair-
ed or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Arlee B. Blakey, Lindstrom,
Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a.public hear-
ing date in accordance with - Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Leqislative Code.
