RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, as-provided in Section 1.07
paragraph 2, St. Paul Legislative Code, on January 11, 1966, upon the
advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the four -unit apartment building on the East
45 feet of Lot 4 and Except West 5 feet of North 31 feet; North 60 feet
Lot 9, Block 14, Terry's Addition to the City of Saint Paul, County of
Ramsey and State of Minnesota, according to the plat thereof recorded
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also known as 1040 East Seventh Street, because said structure is
reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.
