Gerber, Jr. City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is written in reply to the application of the Dunlap Building Corporation for a permit for a 49 -car employee - patient parking lot accessory to a medical clinic located on property on the north side of Donahue Avenue between Dunlap Avenue and Griggs. Street. The - property is described as the south 200 feet of Block 29 Midway Industrial Division and that portion of vacated Donahue Avenue accruing thereto. ,_The zoning of the site is Heavy - Industry. The property has a frontage of 200--feet on Dunlap Street and extends to a depth of approximately 244.15 feet resulting in-an area of about 48,950 square feet. At the Board of Zoning meeting on October 21, 1965, the staff reported that the zoning-is proper and that the plans meet the de- sign standards subject to a few minor revisions. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans and recommends approval. Based upon the above considerations,-,the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the permit for a 49 7car parking lot,on the above described property subject to a few changes on the plan. The revised plan received in this office October .28, reflect these revisions. The City Council granted informal approval on November 2, 1965. Sincerel , NRU /mm R.
