FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of condemning and taking the following described land for drainage purposes
necessary for the development of certain streets in the Loeb Lake Area: The west 32 ft.
of the east 145 ft. of the Northwest k of the Northwest k of Section 25, Township 29 N.
Range 23 W., lying between the north line of Jessamine Ave. and the south line of
Maryland Ave.
under Preliminary Order 225386 , approved September 28, 1965
Intermediary Order 225870 approved November 9, 1965
v A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
" RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Condemning and taking the following described land for drainage purposes necessary
for
the development of certain streets in the Loeb Lake Area: The west 32 ft. of the
east
145 ft, of the Northwest k of the Northwest k of Section 25, Township 29 N. Range
23 W.,
lying between the north line of Jessamine Ave. and the south line of Maryland Ave,.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, via.:

authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
