WHEREAS, said Commission, in letter from Francis M. Tompkins,
Executive Secretary, to Robert B. Gerber, City Clerk, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
has requested that the City Council approve said contracts and
authorize the proper City officials to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
concurs in, ratifies and approves the action of the Hospital
Facility Building Commission in the premises and authorizes the
proper City officials to execute the aforementioned contracts on
behalf of the City.
