WHEREAS, Re istered Bill No. 3 -3784 has been issued
in the amount of 411.00 and a dispute exists as to the
amount of liability for damage caused the City, and both
the City and the parties involved are desirous of resolving
their differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are authorized
to accept $205.50 in full compromise settlement of the bill
and to cancel the balance.
