Curve Boulevard; Sylvia Rosenbloom, c/o 650 Mt. Curve Boulevard; Mpls. Savings & Loan Assn., 2 E. Fourth Street; Edward Ellingson, 676 Aurora Avenue, all of Saint Paul, Minnesota; therefore be it RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 10 o'clock A. M. on the 17th day of December, 1965, to consider any complaints about the expense incurred by-the City of Saint Paul and to confirm the amount thereof; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect notify by mail the record owners of the property in question at the last known address, as well as other interested persons of record; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, that the prior resolution of this Council, Council File No. 225391, approved September 28, 1965, be and the same hereby is rescinded and cancelled. The building has now been satisfactorily wrecked and a regis- tered bill mailed to the owners.
