RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided
in Section 1.07 paragraph 2, St. Paul Legislative Code, on
January Y, 1966, upon the advisability and necessity of the
repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of
the one -story single - family dwelling on Lot 30, Thomas Daly's
Subdivision of Blocks No. 18 & 31 in Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's
Add. to Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also known as 459 Toronto Street, - because said structure is
reported to be dangerous and - unsafe ^to life, limb and adjoining
property.

Gentlemen:
A one story single family dwelling located at 459 Toronto
Street, also described as Lot 30, Thos. Daly's Subdivision
of Block 31, Stinson, Brown And Ramsey's Addition to Saint
Paul is in dilapidated condition.
This is a frame building 14 by 40 by 12. The interior is
badly vandalized, windows and doors are broken, plaster is
falling, floors sag. There are no sewer or water facilities.
It should be wrecked and removed as the building is unsafe
and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property.
The last known record owners are George and Aldia H. Char -
penter, 459 Toronto Street, Saint Paul 2.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code
