RESOLVED, that the one -story single- family dwelling
on the Nest one -half of Lot 4, Block 4, Edmund Rice's Second
Addition to City of St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds df Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also known as 132 Granite Street, in
Saint Paul, is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe
and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that
said structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replace-
ment or remodeling -so as to make the same reasonably safe,
and sholi3dbe wrecked and removed from said land and it is
ordered that said structure be forthwith wrecked and removed
