thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,

Gentlemen:
Under date of September 13, 1965 a printed copy of Council
File No. 225158 was mailed to Louis T. Kenny, 465 Kenny
Road, which resolution directed the wrecking and'removal
of the one story single family dwelling and the two story
single family dwelling on Lot 3, Block 13, Brunsonts Addi-
tion to the town of Saint Paul in the County of Ramsey and
Territory of Minnesota, also known as 504 and 506 Woodward
Street, respectively, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structures have
not been repaired or wrecked and removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will
authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Pub-
lic Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the structures thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection-of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
