Water Services, analysis of projected expenses and recommendation of the 2007 Budget, the Boazd of
Water Commissioners and the City Council have detemuned that the present rate structure is inadequate
to continue operations without an adjustment; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That pursuant to 5ection 85.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code the City Council hereby
approves the following Schedule of Water Rates for all water bills levied on or after January 1, 2007.
