In the matter of constructing SEWER REVISIONS VICINITY OF TENTH
STREET AND COLLEGE AVENUE, Contract Number 65 -S -1212, the total cost of
which is to be reimbursed to the City by the State of Minnesota Highway
Department under Utility Realignment Agreement Number 5+775-
RESOLVED; That the 'plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
