WHEREAS, The United States Government, acting through its
Corps of Engineers, has a project under contract to perform
remedial work to correct the seepage problem through the existing
road ramp to the Wabasha Street bridge; and
WHEREAS, an addition to the existing temporary permit over
City of St. Paul -owned property is required to properly accomplish
the proposed work;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, That the proper city officials are
hereby authorized to grant to the United States Government, its
officers, and assigns, a temporary permit embracing the area des-
cribed therein and outlined in red on the attached plan marked
"Exhibit I" and made a part hereof by reference; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the attached temporary permit
approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel, be and the same
hereby is in all things approved; and the proper city officials
are hereby authorized to execute the'attached permit running from
the City of St. Paul to thq United-States Government.
