RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of
a New Elevator at the Main Library, 90 W. 4th Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to
DEAN LUNDHOLM CONSTRUCTION CONPANY, INC. in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid 1482 of said Dean
Lundholm Construction Company, Inc. for the contract price of $32,800.00, such
bid being the lower and said Dean Lundholm Construction Company, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City

officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
