RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in Section 1.07 paragraph
2, St. Paul Legisbtive Code, on December 28, 1965, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and
removal of the two -story brick garage on:
Except the alley; Lot 1 and Northeasterly one half of Lot 2,
Block 30, Rice and Irvine's addition to Saint Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 302 South Exchange Street,
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life,
limb and adjoining property.

Will you please set a hearing date in connection with condemna-
tion action on a two story brick garage on property which is
described as 302 S. Exchange Street, also known as
Except the alley; Lot 1 and Northeasterly one half of Lot 2,
Block 30, Rice And Irvine's Addition
This is a two story garage, open, with brick missing, very de-
teriorated. It is approximately 24 by 40 by 24. It is in
danger of collapse and beyond reasonable repair. It is recom-
mended that it be repaired, wreck or removed.
Danger Notices have been posted. The fee owners are Frank and
Leah Crabtree, 288 West Bernard Street, West St. Paul. Contract
Purchaser is Oscar Robins, 302 South Exchange Street, Saint Paul,
and copies of the proceedings were sent to Roy F. and Ruth
Mikkelson, St. Croix Beach, Minnesota who may Lave some interest
in the property.
Kindly set a hearing in compllai2oe with Section 1.07-2 of the
Building Code outlining condemnation procedure for dangerous
structures.
