It is approximately 24 by 40 by 24. It is in danger of collapse and beyond reasonable repair. It is recom- mended that it be repaired, wreck or removed. Danger Notices have been posted. The fee owners are Frank and Leah Crabtree, 288 West Bernard Street, West St. Paul. Contract Purchaser is Oscar Robins, 302 South Exchange Street, Saint Paul, and copies of the proceedings were sent to Roy F. and Ruth Mikkelson, St. Croix Beach, Minnesota who may Lave some interest in the property. Kindly set a hearing in compllai2oe with Section 1.07-2 of the Building Code outlining condemnation procedure for dangerous structures.
