The 'property is zoned "B" residence, commercial 6 light indus- try. That portion which'is zoned "B" residence & commercial is in the process of being rezoned to light industry. An industrial building is being constructed on the site. The property is an irregularly shaped tract. of. land,,with frontage .of 349.95 feet along Fillmore Ave. (Airport Road),, '-;and -'298 feet along State Street resulting in an, area of approximately 102,485 square feet.- y At the Board of Zoning's'regular- ,meeting on September 16, 1965, the staff reported that the subject property is part of the Port Authority River- view Industrial Park. Most of the land in the area has been cleared and graded. The Traffic Engineer has Ireviewed the plans and recommends approval. The staff reported that the plan meets the design standards for off -street parking facilities subject to a few minor changes. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the appro- val of the permit to establish. a 48 -car parking lot on the above described property subject to a few minor revisions.
