RESOLVED, That Progressive Design Associates, Inc.,
owner of the subject real estate, hereby is permitted to
install and operate a 48 -car customer- employee off- street
parking facility on property located at the southeast corner
of Airport Road (now Fillmore Ave.) and State Street, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, and 12 subject to Airport Road,
Block 11, Town-of Brooklynd, and adjoining
alley vacated; part of Tennessee Street, State
Street and Fenton Street vacated; Lots 3, 42 59
6, 71 89 99 10 and parts of Lots 2, 11, Block
10, Town of Brooklynd and adjoining alley vacated;
in accordance with revised final plans dated received September
29, 1965; subject to the condition that said applicant permittee
and its successors and assigns shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, State
statutes, and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written'in reply to the referral-of the application of -
Progressive'Design Associated for a permit 'to install a 48 -car customer -
employee parking lot located atythe southeast corner of Airport Road
(now Fillmore Avenue) and State Street. The legal description of this
property is as follows: part of Lots 1, 2, -& 12 subject to Airport Road,
Block 11, Town of Brooklynd & adjoining alley vacated; part of Tennessee
Street, State Street andFenton Street vacated; Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10 6 parts of Lots 2, 11, Block 10 Town- of Brooklynd 6 adjoining alley
vacated. The 'property is zoned "B" residence, commercial 6 light indus-
try. That portion which'is zoned "B" residence & commercial is in the
process of being rezoned to light industry.
An industrial building is being constructed on the site. The property is
an irregularly shaped tract. of. land,,with frontage .of 349.95 feet along
Fillmore Ave. (Airport Road),, '-;and -'298 feet along State Street resulting in
an, area of approximately 102,485 square feet.- y
At the Board of Zoning's'regular- ,meeting on September 16, 1965, the staff
reported that the subject property is part of the Port Authority River-
view Industrial Park. Most of the land in the area has been cleared and
graded. The Traffic Engineer has Ireviewed the plans and recommends
approval. The staff reported that the plan meets the design standards
for off -street parking facilities subject to a few minor changes. In
consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the appro-
val of the permit to establish. a 48 -car parking lot on the above described
property subject to a few minor revisions. The plans received on September
29, 1965 reflect these revisions.
