Whereas, Mr. Charles J. Juneau, 610 E. Larpenteur Avenue, has made
application to the City of St. Paul and to the Village of Maplewood to
connect his property more specifically described as being the East 20.0
feet of Lot 26 and all of Lot 27, Ufton Grove, Plat 1, City of St. Paul,
to the Village of Maplewood public sewer in Larpenteur Avenue, and
Whereas, The existing City of St. Paul ordinances authorizing
the connection of the Village of Maplewood public sanitary sewer system to
that of the City of St. Paul prohibits extension of sewer service beyond the
corporate limits of said Village, except as modified by ordinance, and
Whereas, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said, equired
ordinance to permit the property at 610 E. Larpenteur Avenue to connect to
the Village of Maplewood public sewer located in Larpenteur Avenue, and
Whereas, said City resident is in great need of sanitary sewer
service be it,
Resolved, That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby instructed
to issue a permit for the connection of said City property to the sewer
system of said Village, informal approval of said connection being given in
anticipatio
