RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the wrecking only of frame
dwellings, shed, garage and removal of steps, walks, well enclosure, clothes
poles, miscellaneous concrete and debris located at 1001 Juno Avenue and 719
Dayton Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to A. KAMISH COMPANY in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid Nos. 8868 and
8869 of said A. Kamish Company, City to pay Contractor $1,900.00, such bids being
the lowest and said A. Kamish Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
