St. Paul4linneapolis International Airport for -the three Colobus Monkeys and G.-'Van Den Brink, Inc. N.V. has submitted the low letter quotation of $3.,500-00 pair,,, F.O.B. .0 Hare Field, Chicago, Illinois; now, therefore, be it � r 6 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that with the consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to purchase three Colobus Monkeys from the International Animal Exchange and a pair of Amer Leopards from G. Van Den Brink, Inc., in accordance with the letter quotations submitted by these firms without the taking of formal bids.
