The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known a s Counci 1 Fi le No. 221024
approved___ nec_ i0th_ 19 (�_relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the south side of Cottage Ave. from Arcade St. to Mendota St. and by doing all other
_ �aork which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
