directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same ta the Council for

The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 220975
approned__ ��_ Rrh_ 19 64 relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk
on both sides of Goodrich Ave. from Dale St. to St. Albans St. and by doing all other
