� '` RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public�Porks be and is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To investigate the neceesitq for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated cost of eaid improvement, and the total coet thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not esid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commiseioner of Finance.
