10 and 11 , Block 24, St. Paul Proper, and construct new
curb and walk at levels to match the present pavement on
Kellogg Boulevard, under Preliminary Order No. 160258�
approved June 19s 1952s and under Intermediary Order No.
161710, approved October 28, 1952•
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above metter be
and the same are hereby cancelled, annulled, and rescinded,
• and all proceedings in such matter discontinued.
