RESOLVED, That the Commiseioner of Public �Porke be and is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To inveatigate the neceseitq for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated coet of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnieh s plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To atate whether or not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commiseioner of Finanoe.
