RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Publio Works be and ie hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To inveetigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of eaid improvement, and the total oost thereof.
3. To furnieh a pla,n, profile or eketch of eaid improvement.
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commiesioner of Finance.
