vacancy in the position of Director, and
WHER.E�S, the Civil Service Bureau has located an i.n.terested
candidate, Noland Heiden, living i_n. 5t. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, it is highly desirable that this candidate be brought
_ to St. Paul for t7ze purpose of an interview by t,he Mayor, �he Civil Service
