Resolved, That upon the petition of
Iiugo Allen, and'others,that alley situ-
ate in the City of Saint Paul,County of
Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, here-
inafter described, be and the same is�
hereby vacated and'discontinued as ai
pubHc alley,viz.:
"All of the alley in Block 81, St.
Anthony Pazk,Minn.;"
subject expressly to the£ollowing con-
ditions and reservations:
i,that the vacation be subject to all
the terms and conditions o4 Section
228 of the Legislative Code, regulat-
ing the procedure and prescribing
conditions for the vacation of public
grounds, streets, alleys and high-
ways in the City o£Saint Paul;
2.that any re-arrangement of publlc
utilities be constructed at the ex-
pense of the petitioners;
3.that petitioners pay to the City the
' sum of $800.00 as compensation for
the vacation and provide the City
with a bond in the amount oP
' �1,000.00.
