This is in reply to the application of Ruben Zamanski for a permit
to install and operate a trailer rental business consisting of 12
trailer units on property located at the southwest corner of Snell-
ing and Randolph Avenues which is described as except Snelling and
Randolph, the N. 140 feet of the E. 255.64 feet and the S. 38 fe t • ,
of the N. 178 feet of the E. 150 feet of the SE. � of Sec. 9; . 28
, X T. 23. The property is zoned commercial and is presently developed with
a filling station use.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting
on January 21,� 1965. The staff reported that because of the large size
of the filling station site, it did not appear that the trailer (12
units) facility would �ause any traffic problems or interfere with
the normal operation of the station, nor would it have a detrimenta�l
effect on any of the other properties adjoining. The� applicant's .
plan meets a11 of the standards for this type of facility and has -
- been approved by the Traffic Engineer. , ,
Based on these findings, the Board of Zoning recommended the grant- ,
ing of a permit for a trailer rental facility for 12 trailer units �
on the above described property in accordance with final plans dated
January 21, 1965. _ _
