Anthony Ferrara, 1694 Selby Avenue, St. Paul
Carl C. Berkey,1945 Rome Avenue, St. P.aul
which resolution directed the wiecking and removal or repair
of the one story commercial building at the rear of 1692 Selby
Avanue, on Lots 6 and 7, Block 8, Kuhl 's Addition., as publish-
ed in the official paper. �
No appeal ha� _been filed with this office for a rehearin� of
the condemnation p�oceedings and the structure has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And
Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property
and wreck and remove the structure thereon., and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.
