of Fremont Street; Fifth Street from the west line of I,ot 7, Block 6, Robert L. Ware's
Eastern Heights Addition to 380 feet east of the afore�ylescribed line; Fremont Street Pr'om
1Iaze1 Street to the center line of Van Dyke Street produced northerly of Third Street;

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa.me
a.nd found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE,D FURTHER, Tha.t a public hearing be had an sa.id assessment on the 2�.th
day of March,�965 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court Iiouse and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a,nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and�the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
