� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Ohio St. �'rom Pa.ge St, to Morton St.
- and by doing al1 other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improve�nt, egcept where good a,nd sufficient side�alks notir exist.

�, Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
March, 1965 , at the hour of 14 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in�the manner provided by th� (�harter, stating the time and place af.
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
