, The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report�of the Commissioner of F`inance
� ~ upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
' 1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.� �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
� �� �" to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west ai�e of Manomin Ave. from Curtice St. to
Sidney St. and by doing aLl other work �rhich is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement, exeept where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �3rd day of �

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated. -
