In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Marion St. from
Hatch Ave. to Lawson Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
� to complete said improvement. _ '
under Preliminary Order 221671 approved January 27� 1965
� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sideWalk on both sides of Marion St. from Hatch Ave. to I,awson
Ave. and by doing aLl other work which is necessary and incidental to comp��te
said improvement, exeept where good. and sufficient sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 3•25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
� 3. 0 per lin, ft, for 6' walk
- Resolved Further, 2`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �3rd day of
March, 1965 ' at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council (�hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated.,
