Public Hearing Notice
For 2006 Water Rates
Be it RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 85.01 dealing with Water Charges,
the Council does hereby set a public hearing of the proposed Water Chazges for the year '
2006 on November 2, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be had at
least ten (10) days before the public heazing in a newspaper of general circulation.

To meet expected budget needs for 2006, watec cates must be adopted. According to requirements in Secuon 85.01 of the Saint Paul
I,egislative Code, a Public Hearing must be held prior to adopting new rates. The attached resolution sets November 2, 2005 as the da[e
of the heazing. The resolution setting the rates will follow under another Green Sheet.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Saint Paul Legislative Code, Chapter 85 dealing with establishing the
schedule of water rates, the Saint Paul City Council will conduct a public hearing for the
proposed water rate chazges for the year 2006 on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in
Council Chambers, 3rd floor City Hall - Court House.
